A collection of islands southwest (B4 on the navigation map) of the Mainlands. Its main body resembles that of a crescent moon, thus its name.

Geography

The main body of the Isles is hilly, with an intricate subterranean system. Due to the high temperatures present for most of the year, its inhabitants chose to live within the caves of the land. Grass tends to go dry often, thick bushes litter the Isles, with only a handful of larger trees.

The caves, however, are lush and mossy, with bright ponds containing bioluminescent kelp.

Notable Places

Lunar Guard

Three smaller houses located in the middle of the main Isle, and on its ends. They are bases for the Watch keeping the outside of the Isles in check, as well as noting any ships that make their way close to, or onto, the Isles.

Altar of Stars

A gazebo-like building with no roof. It is located on the smaller piece of land within the curve of the main body of the Isles. The gazebo is used for spiritual guidance and rituals dedicated to the moons. Rituals are performed by selected Witches of the Moons, but are usually attended by most inhabitants.
